Hey, guys! I'm a college sophomore and I definitely fell prey to the freshman 15..or maybe a bit more. Here's my diet/fitness/health blog that I made in an attempt to help me get back on track with my senior-year body. Cheers to a happy, healthy lifestyle! :)
I'm currently netting around 1200 calories per day and running four days a week. My projects are a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving (10k, already run farther than that) and more importantly, a half marathon that's happening on December 15.
